The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking associates with 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience to join its thriving, growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group. Candidates should have experience with private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters. Experience with private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions and private securities offerings is a plus. Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
