We regularly assist our clients with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and management buyouts, equity and debt financings, private placements, joint ventures, recapitalizations, restructurings, shareholder/partnership/operating agreements, corporate governance matters, and complex commercial transactions. We also regularly serve as outside general counsel for a number of our clients. Our transaction experience crosses multiple industries and jurisdictions. The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking associates with 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience to join its thriving, growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group. Candidates should have experience with private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters. Experience with private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions and private securities offerings is a plus. Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
