Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP’s fast paced high profile multi-jurisdictional mass torts practice seeks highly motivated 3-5 year attorney with significant litigation experience in writing and arguing motions and examination of witnesses at deposition and/or trial. Some mass tort and/or trial experience preferred but not required. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are located and willing to travel for depositions, hearings, and/or trials. Good communication skills and ability to work independently in order to integrate with team located throughout the United States. Flexible hybrid work schedule may be available.
