AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with approximately 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a Retail staff attorney to join our Real Estate practice. The staff attorney position is intended to handle fee sensitive matters requested by larger clients of the Retail team. The work handled by the staff attorney will be primarily SNDAs, estoppels, and lease abstracts, with periodic lease amendment drafting as needed.
