The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Real Estate partner to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have experience representing investors, developers, borrowers, and lenders in connection with commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. We expect candidates to have significant finance experience, including both borrower and lender representation. Experience drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements is a plus. We are looking for a partner or senior associate who is eager to take their practice to the next level by joining an entrepreneurial and collaborative firm with a sophisticated and growing Real Estate practice.
