Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of structured finance experience. We are looking for candidates who have strong deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred, but not required. All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
