This role is for a Corporate lawyer with solid training and experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and preferably some Equity Capital Markets experience looking to further develop their career. The Corporate team undertake a wide range of mid-market M&A and ECM transactions, often of a cross-border nature. Whilst a mix of ECM and M&A experience would be ideal, any gaps in your knowledge will be identified and addressed once you join, in particular as the role is very hands-on. You will work directly with partners in a small dynamic group. The firm culture is probably more akin to a UK City firm than a New York firm. Locke Lord is looking for a technically strong candidate who enjoys client interaction and will be prepared to take responsibility on deals from the outset. The ideal candidate is likely to have: Excellent academics and City training Upwards of 3 years’ PQE Experience of general M&A and ECM transactions
