Finance Associate

The Los Angeles office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Finance associate with 2-4 years’ experience. To be considered, candidates must have experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions and other commercial finance transactions, including private equity sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash flow credit facilities. Experience with capital markets debt transactions, including 144A bond offerings, is also beneficial but not required.
