FMJ has an opening in our Eden Prairie office for an attorney in our Aviation & Transportation Practice Group. This practice group engages in sophisticated, complex, and frequently cross-border transactions on a regional, national, and international basis. The firm is looking for an attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience handling business and commercial law matters, asset-based transactions, or finance/loan matters. An ideal candidate would be able to take on tasks and projects independently and usher them through to completion in consultation with senior attorneys in the practice area. Experience in equipment leasing or aviation would be a plus. Candidates should be motivated and detail-orientated individuals who are seeking an opportunity to develop as an attorney and to build a practice within our Aviation & Transportation Practice Group. The candidate must be admitted, or eligible to become admitted, to practice law in Minnesota. The candidate should have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
