Burg Simpson is seeking an Associate Attorney for an exciting opportunity to be part of its Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently barred attorney, or an attorney with up to 5+ years of civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience) in personal injury litigation, and will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues. A license to practice law in Colorado is preferred. SALARY RANGE: $85,000 – $130,000, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
