We are looking for an England & Wales qualified M&A associate with 1-4 years’ PQE. Candidates should have strong M&A experience and be able to work across a full range of M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, often involving complex multijurisdictional issues. Candidates should be able to act as lead associates, working directly for partners and counsel. We are looking for candidates who are committed, enthusiastic, curious, and versatile. Candidates should be commercially minded and comfortable dealing with clients, team players who are keen to develop and get out of their comfort zones in a highly collegiate and collaborative environment. We would offer a great deal of autonomy in this role. For candidates with a higher level of experienced within this bracket, we would expect those who are successful to be able to supervise and develop talented juniors within the group.
