THE OPPORTUNITY: We have an exciting opportunity for a Government Contracts Associate with 1-4 years of government contracts experience. You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Government Contracts practice group that was launched more than 30 years ago. Learn more about the Government Contracts practice here: https://www.seyfarth.com/services/practices/advisory/government-contracts.html THE DAY-TO-DAY: As a Government Contracts Attorney, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking matters in collaboration with other attorneys and partners. YOU HAVE: 1-4 years of government contracts experience. Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS. Bid protest experience preferred. Other government contracts litigation experience a plus. Experience handling non-litigation government contracts matters in at least one of the following areas is preferred: false claims/internal investigations, cybersecurity, M&A, GSA schedules, cost accounting, data rights, SBA compliance, teaming transactions, suspension & debarment, export controls, Service Contract Act.
