The Intellectual Property Litigation group of the Palo Alto office is seeking a mid-level (2014-2016) associate who is versed in trade secret and patent litigation. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree, such as Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, has solid law firm experience and a high level of academic achievement.
