Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Real Estate Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of first chair experience negotiating purchase and sale contracts, representing borrowers in complex non-recourse mortgage financing transactions, and managing a deal from start to finish. We are looking for someone with significant experience managing clients and deals, and who is an aggressive negotiator on behalf of the borrower. Portable business is not required or expected for this position. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to learn, and shares our passion and commitment to exceptional client service.
