The associate will be an integral member of experienced trial teams: taking depositions; arguing motions; preparing witness examinations; preparing pre-trial motions, including summary judgment motions and motions in limine; preparing jury instructions; and participating in trials. A minimum of three years of related experience in a large law firm is required. In addition, candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California bar admission, strong research and writing ability, aptitude for oral advocacy, and attention to detail and winning strategies.
