Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of law firm experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Group. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting corporate governance and LLC/partnership agreements, securities offering documents, merger and acquisition agreements and other corporate transactional documents and will also have experience advising clients on various general corporate matters. Excellent writing and research skills are required. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to learn and is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
