THE OPPORTUNITY: We have an exciting opportunity for a Bankruptcy Associate with 3 - 5 years of experience to join our Boston office. Our Litigation Department of more than 170 lawyers across the firm’s global platform offers a full-service litigation practice, with specific practice areas in commercial litigation, consumer financial services litigation, product liability, bankruptcy, class action defense, construction, eDiscovery, government contracts, trade secrets, computer fraud and non-competes, intellectual property, and securities. THE DAY-TO-DAY: As a Bankruptcy associate in the Litigation Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: 3 - 5 years of bankruptcy experience (this may include a bankruptcy judicial clerkship) Experience spanning bankruptcy motion practice, bankruptcy litigation in contested motion practice and adversary proceedings (including appeals), commercial litigation, creditor rights litigation, commercial foreclosure litigation, and restructuring and finance transactional experience Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required, with NY Bar a strong plus WHAT WE PROVIDE: We provide competitive salary and benefits at all levels.
