The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sophisticated business and transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions. This role involves substantial responsibility in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing due diligence processes, and advising clients across a broad range of corporate matters, including financings, entity formation, governance, and commercial agreements. The associate will work closely with partners and clients throughout the lifecycle of transactions and be expected to handle multiple matters efficiently and independently. Candidates with an MBA or a finance or accounting background are preferred.
