The ideal candidate is someone with three to five years of meaningful and demonstrated experience with PSC cases. A general understanding of rate-making and the rules needed to plead such cases and the ability to handle proceedings with the PSC and local government bodies is also a plus. The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in West Virginia and able to pass all required background screening.
