Experienced Corporate Services/Real Estate Attorney (Tampa, FL)

Adams & Reese is seeking a corporate and real estate associate attorney who is a team player, self-starter, resourceful servant leader, and capable of leading and managing a team of associates effectively. Book of business preferred. Law license required, Florida preferred. Full time in-office in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have the following relevant experience:

Required Experience:

Real Estate

• Commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, to include:
  • Experience with survey and title review
  • Loan transactions
  • Legal opinions
  • Entitlements
  • Commercial leases
  • Liens
  • Bonds
  • Easements

Corporate Transactions

• Entity formation and governance
• Mergers and acquisitions (asset and equity transactions)
• General contract review, revision and negotiation
• Experience with the construction industry, roofing, and home services is a plus
