Troutman Pepper Locke is seeking a mid-level Associate to join our Finance & Banking Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience handling complex commercial finance transactions. The position is available in our Washington, DC office. We will consider outstanding candidates resident in other locations as well. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of commercial finance transactions, the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, and have experience in drafting and negotiating loan documentation, as well as experience in leveraged finance. Substantive experience representing borrowers or lenders, in commercial finance transactions is preferred. Candidates should be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team. They must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
