Duties include assisting lawyers with preparation of: Federal Estate Tax Returns, Trust and/or Estate Accountings, Federal Gift Tax Returns, Decedent’s Final State and Federal Income Tax Returns, State and Federal Estate and Trust Income Tax Returns, and Probate Petitions. Qualified applicants will possess either three or more years of Trust and Estate administration experience or an accounting degree. Successful candidates will possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Income, gift and estate tax return preparation experience is a plus. Proficiency with CCH Axcess tax software and GEMS programs preferred.
