The Global Corporate practice group is looking to hire a mid-level associate with significant M&A experience to join our Dallas office. The successful candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in M&A transactions, specifically with preparation, review and negotiation of acquisition and financing agreements and related organizational documents.
