The Los Angeles office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking a Senior Counsel attorney to work in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management (ELWM) practice. Candidates should have a minimum of ten years of relevant labor and employment law experience. This position requires knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and similar state laws).
