The Kansas City office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with three to five years of litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. The ideal candidate will have some employment litigation experience however, candidates with a few years of general civil litigation experience are encouraged to apply. Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day matters, and you will have the opportunity to educate clients to guide them through challenging moments with their business.
