The ideal candidates will possess 2+ years of experience in health care litigation, medical malpractice defense or other relevant litigation experience. Strong experience in federal and state court practice and procedure as well as alternative dispute resolution. Substantive experience with the False Claims Act, Stark Law, licensing inquiries, medical staff and hospital issues, or payor reimbursement is a plus.
