Qualifications: Class of 2019 to 2016 associate with a primary focus on real estate support for our Project Finance practice. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a market leading practice providing comprehensive real estate support to energy, natural resources, digital infrastructure and other large-scale infrastructure project financing, acquisitions, sales, and restructurings. Key qualifications include experience conducting and managing all phases of real property diligence, negotiating, and facilitating post-closing deliverables, and the drafting of purchase agreements, security instruments, leases and ancillary agreements. Strong academic credentials and previous experience required. Salary Range: $390,000 - $435,000
