Description
Selman Breitman LLP is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation practice group in our Seattle office, including Toxic Tort/Environmental and construction. This position is an incredible opportunity for the selected candidate to be case-responsible for various litigation matters related to asbestos and other toxic substances in a growing West Coast firm. Position Responsibilities: Evaluating medical records Coordination of expert witnesses for litigation cases Drafting legal documents, such as motions to compel Compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data Conducting legal research Manage electronic discovery and files Assisting in all phases of case preparation, as well as discovery Other duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications: Experience with toxic tort a plus Litigation experience a plus Experience with large data management systems, including concordance Experience with trial director Outstanding academic credentials Paralegal certification from an accredited school Strong analytical and research skills Superior written and oral communication skills Legal project management experience Selman Breitman offers competitive compensation and benefits, as well as a collegial and inclusive environment with opportunities for growth.
