Candidates should have some experience in financial transactions, and have familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Code, although non-finance corporate transaction work experience may suffice. Candidates should have experience drafting certificates, security documents, schedules and other documents for a loan closing transaction, as well as conducting due diligence on potential borrowers.
