The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least two (2) to six (6) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Experience in managing a litigation caseload Experience drafting legal documents, such as briefs, motions and discovery requests Experience conducting research on legal issues associated with the case Excellent analytical and writing skills Strong communication skills, including communicating with clients, team and partners and providing timely reporting and appearing in court Must be admitted to practice in the state in which you are applying The annual billable requirement for this position is 1950 Qualifications Qualified candidates will have credentials from an ABA approved law school, an active license with the Florida State Bar, and possess excellent communication skills.
