Anderson Kill is looking to hire a corporate and securities associate with at least 2-3 years of experience to join its growing corporate practice. Candidate should possess two to five years’ relevant corporate transactional experience. Candidates with significant M&A, venture financing and private equity, and debt financing transactional experience will be considered. The attorney will work on both corporate matters and the firm’s 9/11 class action cases. Part of the attorney’s work on the corporate side will be with the firm’s technology, media, and distributed systems practice. The firm represents a wide range of seed- and growth-stage technology clients, with a particular focus in the cryptocurrency space including exchanges, funds, miners/stakers/farmers, protocol developers (layer 1 and 2), and family offices. The attorney will join the New York City office. Alternatively, the Washington DC or Stamford offices also are an option. Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and writing communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box are required. Interest in Bitcoin or technology is an advantage.
