The Atlanta and New York offices of Alston & Bird are seeking associates with 2-6 years of experience to join our growing Investment Funds group, specifically as members of the Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) team. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience including advising clients on publicly traded and non-listed REITs and other real estate fund structures. Candidates should have public securities (1933 and 1934 Act) experience. Strong interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit are required, as these positions involve direct client interaction and offer substantial growth potential within a strategically important practice area.
