Significant experience with drafting pleadings, drafting motions, drafting and responding to discovery, and overseeing discovery is required. Some court experience is required, and significant court experience is a plus. Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills, the ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex assignments and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
