Ideal candidates must be excellent writers with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC and other federal and state agencies, knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision, flexible and able to pivot, and motivated to learn.
