Qualified candidates must have experience representing pharma and life sciences companies in patent drafting, prosecution, due diligence, and freedom to operate investigations. QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Ideal candidate must have advanced degree in Biology, PhD preferred. Registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
