Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks an Of Counsel attorney to represent employers in labor and employment law matters. Position will involve a diverse practice focusing primarily on traditional labor matters (arbitrations, labor negotiations, union avoidance campaigns, and NLRB matters), but responsibilities also will include employment litigation matters and general employment practice issues. Successful applicants must evidence excellent academic achievement and writing ability, good character, initiative and interpersonal skills and show an ability to assume direct responsibility for client work and work independently.
