Job Description/Responsibilities: Carr & Ferrell LLP is seeking a bright and enthusiastic lawyer to join our Trademark team on a full time basis. The Trademark attorney position will primarily involve counseling technology companies in relation to the adoption, protection, and enforcement of trademarks, coordinating global trademark portfolios, and handling trademark-related disputes. The position will include some counseling and prosecution in relation to copyright and domain name matters. Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting and supporting intellectual property litigation, a ravenous appetite for new technology and a strong interest in business development. Experience with developing and implementing global portfolio strategy and international trademark clearance and registration coordination is a plus, and a strong interest in working with colleagues abroad on international cases is a must.
