Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP are looking to recruit a England and Wales qualified lawyer to join the Capital Markets practice in London. We are seeking candidates with between 1 and 3 years’ experience from a top tier capital markets practice. Candidates will ideally have had some experience in providing advice to clients in both equity and debt transactions, including listings on the London Stock Exchange. As the London Capital Markets practice operates as a single integrated team working on a broad range of international transactions (including SEC-registered and Rule 144A offerings), the role presents an exciting opportunity for a lawyer keen to develop experience on matters with UK and US elements. The ideal candidate must have excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as strong academics.
