Candidates should have experience in first-party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes, along with stellar oral and written communication skills to be successful in this role. The position will include the examination of first-party property insurance claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings and discovery, and attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial.
