The Hong Kong Corporate Practice acts on many of the largest and highest profile deals in Hong Kong and Asia. Candidates are required to be admitted to practice in Hong Kong and have 4+ years’ practice in the area of Hong Kong corporate law including an understanding and working knowledge of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and SFC Takeovers Code matters. Candidates must have excellent academics and the ability to read and write business level Chinese. Prior KM/PSL experience is not required but candidates must demonstrate a keen interest in knowledge management and legal technologies.
