The Hong Kong Corporate Practice acts on many of the largest and highest profile deals in Hong Kong and Asia. Since 2005, we have represented the issuers or underwriters/sponsors in over 80 Hong Kong IPOs by companies in a wide variety of sectors such as biotechnology, education, fintech, technology and media, gaming, mining and real estate. In 2020, we advised on four of the five largest Hong Kong secondary listings, and all of the Hong Kong secondary listings so far in 2021. We are now seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to work closely with our market-leading team to help us continue to be at the forefront of the market in our practice and knowledge management. Candidates are required to be admitted to practice in Hong Kong and have 4+ years’ practice in the area of Hong Kong corporate law including an understanding and working knowledge of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and SFC Takeovers Code matters. Candidates must have excellent academics and the ability to read and write business level Chinese. Prior KM/PSL experience is not required but candidates must demonstrate a keen interest in knowledge management and legal technologies.
