This Business Litigation Associate position will be housed in our renowned Business Litigation Group. Position Details We have an opening for an experienced Associate Attorney in our fast-paced Business Litigation Department. The successful candidate must have exceptional legal research, writing, and critical thinking abilities; high academic achievement; excellent verbal and written advocacy at motion hearings and trial; and the capacity to organize, prioritize and multi-task. Minimum of 3-8 years business litigation experience, with the ability to focus on business development success, is preferred. Requirements 3-8 years of experience with dealing with complex business litigation and employment labor matters Experience conducting discovery, including written and deposition discovery Experience mediating and negotiating case settlements Ability to prepare pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents Must have very strong legal writing and analytical skills Benefits We offer a comprehensive salary, one of the best benefit packages in the industry, and the opportunity to work with commensurate professionals who are experts in their field.
