The Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights (“FRCR”) Group at Gibbons is seeking to hire associates in our Wilmington, Delaware and Newark, New Jersey offices. The FRCR Group is a growing and diverse practice with a national footprint. FRCR attorneys practice in all areas of bankruptcy and insolvency law, with a focus on sophisticated corporate reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and insolvency counseling, and related litigation. Clients include official committees of unsecured creditors and bondholders, debtors-in-possession, Chapter 11 and 7 trustees, secured creditors and lenders, indenture trustees, insurers, asset purchasers, lessors, and other significant creditors. Judicial clerkship experience and admission to the New York bar (in addition to NJ and/or DE) are preferred but not required.
