Job Description: Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm with offices in five states, seeks a transactional/corporate/tax attorney with 2+ years of M&A experience. Qualified candidates should have substantial corporate transactional experience, including managing due diligence, structuring and documenting complex acquisition transactions. Estate planning or probate experience is a plus.
