Lovein Ribman is seeking an experienced health care attorney who has 8 – 15 years of experience in health care law defending physicians, dentists, and nurses before the applicable review boards; defense of Stark and antikickback claims; defense of Medicaid and Medicare fraud claims; drafting physician employment agreements; general health law defense; and the buying/selling medical practices and interests. Board certified in health law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization a plus.
