Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking highly qualified 4th-7th year Associates to join our fast-growing Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley. Associates will take ownership on matters, assist in case management, and help shape case strategy while advising a broad range of industry-leading clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce. The ideal candidates will have experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation. We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated expertise in trade secrets, blockchain and cryptocurrency, or AI and other emerging technologies.
