Job Description: Energy Associate | Austin | #3336 Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience to work with its Energy practice group in the Austin office. We are looking to add a team member who has experience in litigation and/or regulatory matters and will join a practice that handles the full spectrum of matters throughout the Energy industry. The Associate will join a supportive practice that provides advice to a broad range of industry leading companies. Additionally, this attorney will have extensive interaction representing clients before various federal and state regulatory agencies, as well as state and federal courts. We are seeking attorneys who possess: Three to six years of law firm Litigation experience or similar experience in the electric Energy industry. Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills. Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities. The ability to work in a hybrid role that will generally require on-site presence 3 days per week.
