Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria is seeking an attorney with civil litigation experience to join the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. Ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of business and commercial litigation experience. Must be licensed to practice in NY. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. This position will work directly with partners and other associates on a variety of commercial litigation and business dispute resolution matters. Responsibilities include: research and writing, drafting pleadings and disputing complex motions, witness preparation, taking and defending depositions, preparing discovery, assistance in bringing cases through trial or arbitration, and participating in oral disagreements and court appearances.
