This position (for 2017 - 2023 grad) is located in New York, NY (Midtown East) with flexibility for partial remote work. The associate will be defending our clients primarily in the areas of: premises liability, product liability, Labor Law, toxic tort and intellectual property - primarily in the areas of Trademark and Copyright and as well as brand protection.
