Corporate Associate

King & Spalding seeks a mid to senior level corporate associate to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience working on complex private equity, leveraged buyout M&A transactions and general corporate matters. Candidates should have large law firm experience, stellar academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude.

The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $310,000 to $420,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
