Job Description: The Finance practice of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking staff attorneys to support the Fund Finance practice in the Charlotte office. The Fund Finance staff attorney works with the rest of the Fund Finance team on diligence projects, process optimization and efficiencies, and active fund finance transactions.
