Position Summary Our Cleveland office has an opportunity for an experienced mid-level to senior Labor Attorney with 5+ years of labor law experience, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns and similar experience, to join the firm’s dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for associates, counsel, shareholders and/or partners who are proactive and passionate about assuming a high level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice and who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. Our offices are collegial with a commitment to mutual respect in the workplace. We hold regular all-attorney in-person conferences throughout the country. Requirements Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Ohio. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Candidates must possess 5+ years of labor law experience, and have extensive experience advising clients on labor relations. We expect this attorney to provide excellent written and analytical work and to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment. Outstanding academic record preferred.
